As part of this, all our counsellors receive regular supervision and are members of BACP, as well as being fully insured. All LRS counsellors are fully committed to providing the best service to all clients and regularly undertake training and Continual Professional Development to meet the highest standards.

THE TEAM
ElaineElaine is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist who specialises in bereavement and trauma. She integrates a range of therapeutic techniques to create a unique form of therapy to suit each individual. She has experience of dealing with sexuality issues, abuse, anger management and self-esteem issues. Elaine possesses qualifications in mental health and is also a counselling lecturer.

JanJan is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. She has extensive experience of one to one work with both young people and adults. She has worked with a wide range of issues including self-esteem, sexual identity, domestic violence, drug and alcohol issues, loss & grief, abuse, attachment and relationship issues. She also possesses qualifications in Mental Health and Domestic Violence.

EmmaEmma is a person centred counsellor and psychotherapist who has based her career so far in supporting young people and adults with LGBTQI issues and working with clients with trauma. She is also experienced with integrating a variety of techniques to support a wide range of issues such as PND (Post Natal Depression), self-esteem issues, family issues, bereavement and abuse.
